Karbonn Smart Tablet 10 Cosmic Hard Reset

Hard Reset:
  • Press and Hold Volume Down + Power key for.
  • Release power key but keep hold Voulme Down key for 10 sec.
  • Now you see recovery menu.
  • select wipe data / factory reset and select yes.
  • now reoot device

    I did as guided above. But wipe data doesn't come on screen. Instead it takes a screen shot. Pleas help.
